True i understand that he is going to say that about his new team but the real question is does he actually believe that. Its like Wandale and what he had to say about us. I get that you were over used in the running back position but Nebraska put you on the field to play be happy.

True but maybe Micky Joseph can bring out the best in him bc he only has 2 seasons left meaning MJ can and will clean that up.

So on my list I put Wynn number three bc even if he doesn't have the stats he will take the pressure off of Mathis with double teams. I also believe that Washington coming here with his QB will make the whole offense better. He wasn't a 4 star for no reason maybe he needed a different environment or new voice and I believe that will bring out his potential. I believe Kevin Williams starts on the o-line don't know what side he will play.

I couldn't agree with you more. College football is a business and it's only going to grow. Look at what the SEC is thinking about doing they might have their own playoffs and segregate the rest of the Conferences. That's another topic for another time.

Assistant director of player personal with the cherry on top that he played for Nebraska just imo don't know how much or if any that matters. Don't know how much that will impact what his new role is.

To clarify when I say kids being left behind I don't mean that they won't be able to get scholarships to go to college I mean by having the expectations of bringing a freshman on to the team to be ready to play and if your not good luck bc teams will do whatever they have to make their roster better and to win now not later.

And I get that but bc of NIL it is going to drive high school players to be ready by their junior seasons to decide on a college or at least start receiving scholarships which the higher up star players do. But my point is the kids that it takes longer to develop will certainly get left behind. Like look at the transfer portal for Nebraska there is talk that even some freshmen wr's or the kid from Cali might already leave bc the win now mentality and don't have time to develop rn. Transfer portals and NIL are a new game changer for program's trying to win now.

I think Lynn and Conn leave plus Stepp bc he is buried on the depth chart. While I may believe he is more talented then the running back from Minnesota he doesn't have enough time to make the impact he thought he would make when he transferred from USC. When he transfers again I believe he can't play right away and will have to sit a year unless he gets a waiver but that will be hard to get. I feel for Stepp bc when he transferred here their wasn't a clear #1 running back and it was anybody's for the taking just can't shake the injuries.

Great question just trying to find out how to make the 85 man roster work without much people leaving?

So back to my original question any way Nebraska can use grey shirts to be over before fall camp or no possible at all?
