I don't have a problem with him necessarily, I'm just sick of hearing about him and seeing his face on everything. They could have given him 1 cover and spread the others to guys like the first defensive lineman to make the Heisman vote in 15 years (what was his name?).

Welcome to the board! For current info, I would just try to come to the board at least once a day. We have guys here who never sleep and post everything Husker-related that they can find (Nexus ). There's also a good group that keeps all the recruiting info updated if you're looking into staying on top of our future Huskers. Don't be afraid to just jump into threads and ask a bunch of questions either, it only makes the board better.

They said Maia has really been working on his wrestling, primarily his takedowns. I saw somewhere that Maia had beaten Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza in a BJJ competition. Jacare is supposed to be one of the best in the world. Dan Henderson is the only guy to win a round against Anderson Silva in the UFC. He did it with wrestling and ground and pound. But then Silva choked him out something fierce. On the flip side, Silva is a BJJ black belt too. He trains with the Nogueira brothers, who are considered some of the top BJJ practicioners in the world. I'd like to see him lose too, but at this point I'm just hoping for a good fight. His last 3 fights (Griffin, Leites & Cote) have been boring because the other guys were afraid of him.

I'm not sure how many of you have seen Bellator before since the first season was on ESPN Deportes, but it will be seen on Fox Sports Net this year. Bellator is set up in a 12 week tournament format across 4 weight divisions (Featherweight, Lightweight, Welterweight, and Middleweight). They also have non-tournament fights at Bantamweight, Light Heavyweight, and Heavyweight. Instead of a hexagon or octogon, they use a circular cage. You win money for each fight you win. This year, the tournament winners will take on the defending tournament champions for the titles. Since the Rep feature has been canned, do we need to do away with the User Rating stars too? I mean, that essentially the same thing. People saw the Rep feature being used as a means to just pick on a person and not their post, so I think we should get rid of the user rating stars too. I currently have a 3 star 2 star rating and every time I see it, it makes me sad and I feel like you guys don't like me anymore and don't respect my opinions about things and maybe you guys are trying to get rid of me or maybe you just want me to stop posting as much and only post when someone makes a post directed towards me?
