If we can go bowling and even win that game this is a successful year. It’s painfully obvious we have no offense. We have got to be one of the easiest teams to defend against. We seriously need to hit the portal on all offensive positions. Other than Fidone are there really any other players on offense that would start on Top 25 rosters? Recruiting and portal are critical. The coaches can only do what they have to work with. You can’t really even know if we have WRs or RBs when you don’t have an OL or QB. In year 1… Defense is better than I expected. Special Teams is what I expected. Offense is worse than I expected. And we are 5-3., that’s about right.

How about we take Paul Chryst from Texas? He can bring in QBs, coach QBs, always had good OL and RBs, knows the BIG. Offense needs a revamp. Here is a guy that can take it to next level.

Big thank you to the defense. The Blackshirts make watching the game fun. Keep dominating and make Lincoln a defensive destination. This is our way forward in team identity. Physicality over flash.. Next up rebuild the OL pipeline. We need to hit the portal huge on the offensive side of the ball. You could argue with a better than average offense we’d only have 1 loss, to a team that stole our signals. The fumbles have got to stop, ball security is bad. Nice to see the kicker get some confidence.

A no brainer. Rhule is going to have to get bold no excuses. Remember a bunch more good teams are joining the BIG that are going to crush teams like Purdue and Minny. It’s only going to get tougher.

Needs a prime reset. Rhule can’t do it mid year but I absolutely expect this.

Defense has to close on the QB. Great game by the Blackshirts but Card has danced around way too much for my liking.
