It won't affect it at all. Nebraska has 7 home games scheduled for that season so the game vs. N. Illinois at Soldier Field will take place as scheduled.

Callahan is a good OC, in my opinion. The Nebraska offense was never really a problem while he was head coach. It was the defense that stunk and lost him a lot of games. I believe he will have a good season in Dallas.

I commend NYC for not having a domed stadium. Playing football indoors stinks and should be banned. Play football in any weather that presents itself. Enough with all these sissies and wanting games indoors and not having the weather elements involved. Get over it.

Good. IMO it's the correct call - it fundamentally changes the nature of the golf swing by using a club as a pendulum with a fulcrum point against the body. Free-swinging action has always been the way golf is played. No more hiding flaws with a gimmicky approach to putting. Well every series is best-of-7 and they play a game every other night, so if every series ends in a sweep, it would take a minimum of 32 days to complete. That's just crazy. I was looking at the schedule and game 1 of the western conference finals was last night and game 2 is Tuesday. But game 1 for the eastern conference doesn't start until Wednesday. That scheduling is horrible and whomever is in charge should be fired. Just doesn't make any sense.

I can't believe they are just now getting to the conference finals! This thread was starting a month ago. It's taking a month just for the conference finals to begin?!?!? That is crazy. So after the finals are played the playoffs will take around 2 months to complete? That's just absurd. There is no reason for any playoffs to take more than a month. Is it always like this for the NBA? I don't watch the NBA so I have no clue.

I'm not sure of everything but as of a few weeks ago they had one of Nebraska's games against Florida (I believe it was Florida) in their Big Ten Classics game.

BTN hasn't updated their entire on demand catalog. No MSO will have a Nebraska specific folder as you are asking about. So it's not just Verizon. It's DirecTV, Dish, Comcast, Time Warner, etc.

I know I'm in the minority, but I really like the 11:00 a.m. start times. Then I have most of the afternoon, evening and night to do other things.

I actually like the 5:00 start. I wish we could have more of those start times. As to no November night games, it was because of the two bye weeks this season. TV partners decided against booking November night games because the slate of games each week was so thin because of the two bye weeks. That will change next season.

I, too, don't understand why no night games in November were scheduled this year. Nebraska has a few that would be great to play under the lights. Hopefully that changes next season.

Fox doesn't have a TV contract with the Big Ten. The reason why Fox televised it last season was because it was a Pac-12 controlled game. This year it's not. It can only be on either ABC, ESPN or BTN this season. Unless the rights to the UCLA @ Nebraska game fall to the BTN, and the BTN decides to sell them to their minority shareholder Fox for national broadcast and profit. This is extremely unlikely, though--this will likely be an ESPN game. That can't happen. BTN can't sublease any games to any other network. Doesn't matter if it's to the network that is a majority shareholder. Once again, these games can only air on ABC, ESPN or BTN. No other network.

They could but I can't imagine ABC or ESPN passing on this game to air during the day. It's most likely going to be on ABC at 2:30.

If he's happy at VCU and winning there then why should he leave? He would have so much pressure at UCLA. Hardly any pressure at all coaching at VCU.
