Here is a great idea...Let's show a replay of a women's lacrosse game & track and field instead of a live baseball tournament game. That is just great by BTN. Yuck. Why in the hell would they not show every game live???

Right but they weren't ranked and both of those games were at home. Tremendous heart from the players and that is something that can't be said for quite a few seasons.

In every big prime time game in the Pelini era Nebraska has failed. The team performs well every season but just can't get over the hump. Our Huskers always seem to get blown out in big prime time games and it's embarrassing. Now, yes, they lost, but the entire team never quit and never did the coaches. I am very proud of this team and have complete confidence in the players and coaching staff. They never quit and always believed they could win. Tremendous performance. Yes, I'm disappointed they lost but feel great about the rest of the season. I honestly feel this is the time everything turns around and this administration goes from being a good and consistent coaching staff to a great and national title contention staff. I am excited for the rest of the year and look forward to playing in the B1G title game. GBR!!!

And I have a good feeling that Gameday will be at this game.

Why are you mad about the FAU game kicking off at 2:30?

If we can keep winning all year that hopefully would be our only 11 am this year. I would imagine the Iowa game will be at 11:00 am.

I was really hoping the football championship would visit Soldier Field some. It just doesn't seem right playing the game indoors in Indy. Soldier Field in Chicago screams B1G football.

If MMA had just boxing...itd be boxing. I don't understand what youre trying to say...? Why would Couture stand and box with Toney knowing that is where he is strongest? Sorry about the confusion. IMO the argument that because an MMA fighter beats a boxer in an MMA match, doesn't prove superiority between the two disciplines. Early in the fight Couture did try to stand and exchange blows. He took a pretty good shot and took the fight to the mat. I'm not sure what fight you were watching but Toney never hit Couture before Randy took him down. In fact, I'm fairly certain that Toney never landed a punch. If he did, it was while Randy was on top of him and it was more of a slap than a punch. As to Ronda beating Mayweather, she said she would crawl over to him and take him down. Wouldn't give him the chance to punch her.

He will definitely get in and if he doesn't then that's a shame. Glavine, Maddoux, Mussina, Piazza should all get in along with Bagwell and Biggio. They aren't going to get in this year but Bonds and Clemens should be in the HOF.

Ugh, enough with the worst decision ever. It absolutely can not be the worst ever when all three judges gave rounds 2 & 4 to Hendricks and 3& 5 to GSP. The only round in question was round 1 and it was extremely close. I thought GSP won that round and the fight. I get so tired of hearing people so someone was robbed or it was a bad decision. It was a close fight and that doesn't equate to a bad decision. Enough already.

I don't believe anyone is 'fearful' to play at some of these venues. It's more about how tough it is going to be. That's it.

The 2018 schedule is brutal. Road games against Michigan, Wisconsin, Northwestern and Ohio State. Ouch!

Just turned on HLN a few minutes ago and they are broadcasting from the campus. Some rivalry express tour they are doing this year and they are in Lincoln for this week. Not sure if they are finished for the morning but turn on HLN to keep track.

A demotion of sorts? Isnt ESPN U reserved for MAC schools 90% of the time? Nope. Michigan State and Indiana have had games already this season on ESPNU. Virginia Tech was on last weekend. Also, the SEC have games every Saturday on the network. Not a demotion by any means. It I recall, ESPNU is in close to 80 million homes. Much bigger audience will be able to watch than would be able to on BTN.

There's a B1G game on ESPNU quite frequently. The SEC also gets at least one game on ESPNU every weekend. More people have ESPNU than BTN so this is better. And also, it's much better being on ESPNU than ESPN2 at noon because we don't have to have Beth Mowins doing play by play.

Can't stream it on ESPN3. If you have access to WatchESPN then you will be able to stream it.

This. He shouldn't even apologized for that tape. It was the heat of the moment. People piling on him so mad about what he said are disingenuous. He was speaking honestly about the situation and he, and the players should have been mad at the fans that booed and left the game at halftime. This entire story should be a non issue. It won't affect it at all. Nebraska has 7 home games scheduled for that season so the game vs. N. Illinois at Soldier Field will take place as scheduled. I think the problem lies in there being 13 games on the schedule, only 12 regular season allowed. I just realized that. Well you can bet the N. Illinois game will be dropped. That stinks.
