The only good thing about KC drafting him is they are soooooo cheap they may not be willing to pay what Boras wants them to. While this may have been true at one time, the Royals have changed when it comes to the draft. I think 3 of their last 4 first round picks have been Boras clients and they've signed them all. The Royals are no longer afraid to spend money on the draft.

They aren't trying to save crap. THey do not minister to anyone. They just go out, call people names and say hateful things to make you mad, and then get on TV and thrive off the negative energy they get back. They want attention, not to better people, even in some warped way they view better being... I agree. I just meant that's what you will sometimes hear them say....the whole "saving" people thing.

It’s funny because what they do actually seems to cause the opposite of what they want. They are trying to “save” everyone, but all their methods do is ensure that no sane person will ever listen to anything they have to say. At least, I hope no sane person would ever consider their message to be the correct one.

Why would you be repeating something you never said in the first place? I never saw any post where you said 'he has an offer'. You said 'No Doubt he has an offer.' That's an expression of your belief, not fact.Not the same thing I'm afraid. So far as I can tell at this time, you're the only person I know of that knows of any offer from NU that Waggner has. Maybe he's got it, but nobody seems to know it. Scout still shows no Offer from NU. Hard to believe they're THAT slow. Maybe I just missed the announcement...If he "100% without a doubt has an offer", where'd you hear it? I'd like to check that source out myself. Actually...sometimes they are that slow. I don’t think they showed Eddie Brown with an offer until after he committed.

I think maybe you should enlighten me. We could have the number 1 recruiting class for the next decade, but what does it matter if we're getting blasted (3rd worst home loss eva) at home by USC? Just because the team has the tools doesn't mean it equates to success. I think it's naive to believe there is no talent on the defense. There are some very talented players on the defense right now, but look how they're playing. You say there is no use in talking about it with "those" people because they won't change their minds. How is this any different than talking to "those" people who look through rose colored glasses? We just sustained the 3rd worst home loss eva. Are you seriously telling me that you don't have some questions about this coaching staff and team? The first two or three years, it's easy to sit back and use the great recruiting class excuse. However, we're in year 4. Where are those great recruiting classes and why are they getting crushed? 3rd worse home loss ever? Seriously? It was 18 points. I don't have a statbook handy but that doesn't seem correct. Maybe 3rd most points given up at home? 3rd worst home loss in 40 years? It can't be 3rd worst home loss ever....can it? We lost 42-10. I watched the TV replay and they commented on how "Carroll was clearing out the bench" and "using 3rd and 4th stringers against Nebraska". Umm, that means the game was over and in my book that is what the evaluation should be based on. Fair enough, but if you don't go by the final score.......how can someone make the claim that it was the 3rd worst home loss ever? Do we look back at every game we lost in Memorial Stadium and see what the score was when the other team started using 3rd and 4th stringers against us?

Does that mean Bob Stoops would have got it done in the same amount of time in this situation? Does it really matter what certain coaches did (good or bad) for other programs in different situations?
