My wifes family are big ISU fans and they have season tickets so we were able to get tixs through them.

Mine didn't show the seats either. I'm not real worried about it. As long as I'm in the Stadium I will be fine. Looks like I get to make two trips to the Promise Land this year. ISUcks and KSUcks. Gooooooooo Biiiiigggg REEEEDDDD.........GBR, GBR, GBR.

Offense: Terrance Nunn (this guy has poured out his heart and soul for this team, i just wish he wouldnt have had the fumble) Defense: Corey McKeon or Bo Ruud I really hope the defense sets the tone for this team. I think if the defense can get after it early and really cause some disruption that will fire up the entire team. I want these guys to dream of 95' baby!!!

I dont really need music to get me pumped for a NU game, but to take it to the next level i usually like to listen to Static X - Push it or Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls. Anyone else have music that gets them pumped for NU games. I'm thinking of putting together a CD for my annual road trip to the promise land for a game.

Personally I dont see this game as that big of threat. Don't get me wrong, i understand we have not faired well in Columbia the past few times, but i believe our defense is much improved from last year. Our secondary can't be worse than it was, our LB corps is one of the best in Big 12 and i think the D-line will be in order by the time we get to Columbia. I don't see MU moving the ball that well even with the Second coming of Christ (Chase Daniel) at the helm. On the other side of the ball with all the weapons, i dont think it matters who the QB is. Granted Keller has the arm to stretch the field, but does anyone remember how porous the MU defense was last year? My prediction: Keller 250 yds passing 2 TDs Lucky 130 yds 1 rush TD MO P 75 yds rec 1 TD Christ 175 yds passing 2 picks sacked 3 times 65 yds rushing NU 31 MU 14 with a late mercy touchdown on our freshmen.

I am so tired of the media and everyone else being Husker haters. What is the deal with that. Mizzou is like ISU was a few years ago. They beat a couple of cupcake teams early in the year, get lucky in another game and then they wake up and their QB ends up completing more passes to the defense than his own team. We get no credit for not playing cupcakes. I will give Chase Daniel some cred, he is a good player. However he doesn't have the tools around him to take Mizzou to the next level. Why can't everyone see the only time these lower tier Big 12 teams beat us, was when we were at our worst! I'm going to let the rest of the Big 12 and country in on a secret..........3 years ago we were the worst we can possibly get and we are only getting better. WAKE UP.

Prince has excellent vision (I wish Lucky would show vision like that). He can be at full speed in one step, and it looks like if he needs to, he has that higher gear that allows him to just pull away from people. I am truly excited for this young man to step on the field. Did we recruit him as a RB or CB?

Yes. KSU and NU is a strecth. More like KU and NU. The last 3 games have been heated!! OK, neither one is really a rivalry. Have I mentioned how much I dislike KSU?? However this is what feeds into the 'rivalry' status. Look how many people's sigs are 'KSUcks' or 'Freeman Sucks', etc. If it wasn't a rivalry.....people wouldn't be so ademant about saying that. For instance Baylor...we know they suck...however nobody makes a point to tell how much they hate Baylor or want to beat the crap out of them...because they aren't a rival. Analysts, magazines wouldn't consider it a rivalry if BOTH sides were so intent on voicing their dislike for the other one.....therefore, rivalry status. I disagree, the reason people say "KSUcks" or "Freeman Sucks" is because KSU thinks they are better than they really are. KSU fans blindly say they are good without anything to back it up. The reason no one harps on Baylor is because they don't claim to be good. There fans already know they suck. A point could be made by the opposition that NU thinks they are better than we really are, but atleast we have the history and tradition to back us up. My theory, "Don't think your great and don't claim to be great if all you have ever done is less than acceptable." You can't spell "ISUck without ISU"
