i dont have a list of names but why do people keep throwing out the names of coaches who have been in the nfl for twenty years or more and who have turned down NFL $$$$$ because they're done coaching??? (cowher, parcells, schottenheimer) None of whom have any ties with the university whatsoever.

my all-time favorite husker used to be ralph brown but based on what i've seen and heard from davidson the last couple weeks he has to be now. I think what he says correlates with what about 98% of the fan base is thinking. Sorry Ralph Matt is number 1 now.

Your saying he should of took that defense 2003 that was terrible the year before causing their defensive coach to be fired and making them and into the perfect defense? Sounds like you and Steve Pederson went to the same school of thinking. LSU did hold Florida to 7 points in the second half. I know as Nebraska fans were just not use to seeing a defense thats gets better durring the game. Thats because he isnt too stubborn to make adjustments at halftime (cough) cosgrove (cough)
