  3. Well when I hear back from the NAA I will know for sure. I was told by one of the founders of the Southern Arizonans for Nebraska chapter that this was the route to take. She said they will send out information to all alumni that have their address registered to within 100-150 miles of the location and get a sampling of alumni support in the area. From that point they determine if they will sponsor your chapter and help fund it. Thats just the info I have, if you've heard different please share!
  4. Western SD Husker fans, Currently I am in contact with the Nebraska Alumni Association in regards to forming a Blackhills Alumni Chapter. If you are an alumnist and live anywhere in the area, or if you are just a Husker faithful and like to watch/root for/support the Huskers please leave a message on here or PM me and I will keep you informed of any new developments. Also if there are any other Huskerboard readers who are interested in providing any helpful information on creating a new chapter or have any good ideas please provide any info you might have as well! Thanks and GO BIG RED!!!!
  5. Hey can anyone update my sig for me?? I pretty much want a similar one only with Helu and Castille as the only ones and updated to say 09 backs. If you have the time and do want to change it up a bit that would be appreciated as well!!! Thanks
  6. In his Freshman season 2005 he was listed as 39 Fixed it for ya I see you hating on my choice, and I thought about Makovicka, but Frank was where it all started in NU fullback dominance. Solich's name can also be found in the Husker record book. As part of Devaney's first recruiting class at Nebraska, Solich became a standout fullback for the Huskers in the mid-1960s, lettering in 1963, 1964 and 1965. His playing career earned him induction into the Nebraska Football Hall of Fame in 1992. Nebraska running backs succeeded by developing the same work ethic that made Solich a standout fullback. Solich was an All-Big Eight fullback and co-captain of the Huskers' 1965 team and still holds the NU single-game rushing record for fullbacks with a 204-yard outing against Air Force in 1965. In fact, that performance stood as the Husker game record by any player for 10 years. He rushed for 444 yards as a junior in 1964 and was second on the team in 1965 with 580 yards. The teams Solich played on started the winning tradition Nebraska has enjoyed for the last four decades. The Huskers posted records of 9-2, 10-1, 9-2 and 10-1 while Solich was on the roster, won three conference titles and played in four straight bowl games. The 1965 Husker team completed the regular season unbeaten and in position for a national championship, but lost 39-28 to Bear Bryant's Alabama team in the Orange Bowl.

  8. Just watched this again! I love it, I am so pumped now! I didn't know until just now that you were the same one that made that 2007 video with the Fall Out Boy song. I love the incorporation of lyrics to action in your videos. You definitely have the best Husker videos going now! Just wish DT Husker would make another and give you some competition!
  9. Try this out- http://www.huskerboard.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=34432 Not sure if that is what you were looking for but it has the majority of the songs played on gameday.
  10. Ahhhh yes... dear old CLEMONS University!!! HAHAHAHAHA
  11. I am doubting Swift's PR will make it since he graduated
  12. I know in a few of the other states they would mention their BCS Subdivision (1-AA) schools and some division 2 schools. Did UNO, UNK, or at least Chadron State get any mention on the show? I would think they would at least mention Danny Woodhead.
  13. Rapid City, South Dakota by way of Valentine, Nebraska. Not sure if this will update the map, but I was stationed in Mississippi for about a year.
  14. Hey SoDak Husker fans. I'm back again after a long break from the forum (sorry, not by choice) and I am trying to get things gathered up again here in Western South Dakota for the upcoming season. If there are any Husker fans near the Rapid City area that participate on the forum please contact me on here and let me know if you would be interested in starting a offical watchsite here in Rapid (most likely again at Boston's). This year though I am thinking about getting an official Alumni Association watch group together so that we would be recognized by the university as also being an alumni watch site. This way we would also get some souveniers to raffle off and other support from the university. If you are interested in helping out, or just want to come watch let me know! Plus if there are any members on here that have any good info on helping setup a good watchsite please let me know too! Thanks and GO BIG RED!!!!! BRWxMan
