  1. And how is it his fault? Ya boy Frost didnt develop
  2. Weather will keep this a little close….I hope
  3. I just love hearing “doesn’t have head coaching experience” when referring to MJ. We have had those retreads lead this program and how did that work out? Maybe MJ could be a head coach in the NFL. Irsay seems to think someone could lead the team with zero head coaching experience. Smh.
  4. I am glad many on this board aren't in the decision making process.
  5. Keep MJ and stabilize the situation. Regrouo.
  6. Oh, and just for the record. Frost drove this program way more into the ground than Riley did. This team quit on Frost. MJ got them to at least compete. We have no depth at all. Purdy trash. Smothers garbage. Go ahead and get those so called “experienced” coaches. Good luck.
  7. Cant make a good dinner without buying your own groceries. To blame MJ on this dumpster fire is unfair. To say “nothing has wowed me” is idiotic.
  8. Josh Heupel didn't have experienced before UCF. Was there 2 years and did ok. Them boom.....Tennessee. You build a program through the transfer portal these days. This isn't back in the day. Ask Sonny Dykes.
  9. AGREE!! And the statement "no head coach experience" always makes me laugh. How much HC experience did Solich have? Pelini? SMH
  10. SMDH. This comment drives me nuts. Why not give him a chance? He has won the locker room. He is getting this team better and he didn't buy the groceries to cook the dinner. Top receiver on the team came here because of him. Jamar Chase and Justin Jefferson went to LSU because of him. He won a Natty and the top guys on that team he recruited. So go ahead and get Meyer or Campbell and all those coaches with all this so called experience. You need a coach who can relate to kids and buy into the process. This is what is boils down to. Nebraska and college football are not ready for black head coaches. Period. You can recruit black players, they can win titles for you and you will cheer for them, but no head coaches. They are better suited for coordinator positions. They are good recruiters. They don't have experience. All low key and most folks know it.
  11. Smh. he took over a team that basically quit on it's head coach. He relates to them and has them playing much better. Head coach? Not sure. But your statement is ridiculous
  12. Not an embarrassment, this is facts.
  13. Bielema was a coordinator before being handpicked by Alvarez. He didn't lead a successful program prior to that.
