wow, can't believe it took you so long to come to that conclusion. I don't think anyone actually really disagrees with two things (facts IMO): 1. We got a (high) above average defense 2. We got an (way) below average offense Now, we all would like to have a better offense, but it's not gonna happen this year, so we might as well live with it and stop complaining. I didn't think we could beat OU. But I also didn't think the defense could play so well. Having seen that, I believe we could also handle TX in the Big XII CG. Is that very likely? No. But with this team everything is possible. We also could lose to KS on saturday. Offense doesn't show up as usual, defense makes a mistake or two, we are probably going to lose. Just a very thin line between winning and losing. But, I am actually comfortable with the situation. There is a good chance we win the North title. And while it might not look so pretty I am fine with that for this year. And though I was not a friend of the idea to play TX in the CG, I really want them to make it now, because with this defense, even if we not win, it's not going to be a blowout. Fixing offensive problems is something for next year, we are past the point in a season where you can expect any dramatic improvements.

great defensive play so far, especially the tackling has been outstanding, hardly any missed tackles

There was no reason to pitch it, Lee just didn't want to get hit IMO, Roy wasn't going anywhere.

yeah everybody will be loud and fired up and act crazy and scream like hell ...for like 5 minutes, then they realize that the Husker's offense decided to not show up again and the defense can only do so much and they will be quiet for the rest of the game and start heading home after three quarters

Green came into the TT game with us down by 21 and their D expecting him to pass, I like many other people on this board would like to know how he might do starting the game. If we had punted the ball right back to ISU on every drive we probably would have scored more points. The offense is worthless. And sure it's not all on ZL. I doubt the huskers will win another game this year except maybe K State. And that's only if a miracle happens. Nebraska should join the Sun Belt Conference and get more easy wins that way. They can't compete in the Big 12 and never will. I will be pulling for good teams from now on like Florida, Alabama, Virginia Tech etc. They know how to win games. I won't root against the Huskers but I will never watch them again. As bad as they are, Husker tickets should sell for no more than 5 or 10 a ticket. Charging any more is a rip-off to watch that circus... this guy should be totally ignored
