When I went two years ago, they treated us pretty well. We tail gated with some of their fans and I was given two tickets. The KSU cheer was obnoxious and they have their own hilly billy version of the tunnel walk.. That year, they had a group of people(Neb fans) lost in a cornfield and then their mascot ran into the corn chasing the Neb. fans on the screen. The next minute it became a live version on the field of play and their mascot tackled a Neb fan and started to dry hu8p them. After a few beers at the tail gate- thats what appeared to happen. There was a small skirmish down in the stands and it actually was red on red. This year we are trying to decide to leave at 11:00 AM or wait till after lunch to start the caravan from the capitol city.

Defeat Texas at home, Oklahoma in the CCG and play Ohio State in the NC..That would be a lot of items checked off the to-do list and it would be poetic justice.. and a great way to enter the Big 10 conference.

Yes, Taylor can only get better.. I am sure there will be Heisman hype galore surrounding that game. Our guys will be in awe playing in front of 110,000 people. I hope we can put at least 30% of our fans in the stadium.

These posts are giving my a stomach ache. Everybody can have an off day. I am still not a big believer that Green is ready to relieve T if we get down big.. Although his handoff last week for that TD was impressive.. got to go with Lee for the temporary relief.. if he sputters, let Green wrap it up. But we do not sputter, the D holds on, and we win by at least 9. It is a must win for us to show that we are on our way to being back. Truthfully, Washington has two good weapons and that's about it. I agree with GMoose, we have been pretty plain thus far. Not too worried, except my buddy is going and he each year they go (4 brothers) on their trip- we lose. Last victory for them was Notre Dame... that seems like a long time ago, and can you believe we had had a total; of 3 coaches since then?

This is a minor point- but when the tunnel walk was first introduced, we all clapped with the cheerleaders and built up quite a crescendo... now we all clap like Steve Buscemi"s teeth- we are all doing our own thing. Minor, I know, but we have the rhythm of a bunch of white dancers. I would follow those pom-poms wavers anywhere.

Total agreement, i thinks there is a thread on it already. The tunnel walk is such an integral part of Husker lore, you think someone would put a little more effort into it.

I am only slightly nervous about Washington. More concerned about Texas and AM and Kansas State (Thursday night games don't always work out too well for the higher ranked team). We need more efficiency in our passing game and hold onto the ball and all will be well.. You are right, the defense will keep us in most of the games.

Good luck-- I have a Sprint BB and I was watching ESPN live in the stadium. Use your App on your secondary screen. If you have ATT/Sprint/Verizon there should be a button that takes you directly to the app store of that particular carrier. From that store, will be plenty of choices but depending on carrier and area in town, will affect your service greatly. Most bb have radio, but if you go to many of the radio sites (unapproved by carrier or bb) they have too many (lack of better term- pop up) ads that a bb does not have the processor to allow at this time, so it is always best to go thru the carriers store. So yes, there are some nice choices out there for your new phone.
