Michigan State 9-4 138 25. BYU 10-3 137 Ridiculous! How can four teams from the big 10 be ranked ahead of us? Michigan st! WTF I don't agree either.... BUT playing devil's advocate... we didn't beat a ranked team all year.
  2. I bet Tiger Nation is happy that the "other" USC got the rear-ends handed to them by Iowa.
  3. Your mother is a saint. Like Dorothy Mantooth.
  4. What do you think Bo said at halftime?
  5. I'll miss: 1. His determintation 2. His leadership I won't miss: 1. He tried to make something out of nothing too often. Example: End of Texas Tech game, Colorado game when he caused Henery to have to kick the 57 yarder. Overall, a short, but great career. A nice kid and a good leader.
  6. Major Culbert and Colonel Sanders got drunk and got into it with Major Payne. Private Ryan told General Motors about it and General Motors sent them to the stockades where they will be under the supervision of Sergeant Slaughter. Ouch.
  7. Nice article. It'll be interesting to see the comments people make on that website about it.
  8. Agree AR... Marrone has his work cut out for him. And yes, Syracuse has some very good facilities for football. Donovan McNabb donated 1 million for a football wing and "hangout room" similar to Nebraska's.
  9. SCREW THE BARFALOES! Ha, see what I did? I put in Barf, insted of Buff. That's funny. I'm funny.
  10. I would kill to see Syracuse and Nebraska play again... well, not kill, that's illegal... perhaps I might maim.
  11. FOX SPORTS - RANKING THE BOWLS Notables (ranking is out of 34) Northwestern vs. Mizzou - 28th Iowa vs. South Carolina - 21st Minnesota vs. Kansas - 19th Clemson vs. Nebraska - 14th Texas Tech vs. Ole Miss - 13th Oklahoma State vs. Oregon - 8th Texas vs. Ohio State - 2nd Oklahoma vs. Florida - 1st I think they got it close to right. It's a good match-up, but not as "sexy" as some of the other bowls. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
  12. Yep... it's an interesting hire. Hey, it CAN'T get any worse than it's been.

  15. wow a husker fan who actually wants to know instead of forming their own opinion... the carrier dome used to be a big draw for recruits, it's not as much anymore but still helps with recruiting because you can play your whole career inside. Plus it's an indoor practice facility in and of itself. They also have an entire field at manley field house and an entire football wing of the athletic department that donovan mcnabb built. Probably some of the best facililities in the big east. Probably not on par with the big 12 or sec... but then again, colorado's, baylor's, and kansas' facilities suck. I'm sure vanderbilt's suck in the SEC.
  16. Actually, it's not hard. Syracuse pulls from PA, NJ, CT, NY, MD, FL, OH and others. 'Cuse just didn't see Rutgers and UCONN coming.
  17. he does... of course... relize that there are CU message boards, right? "the worst day as a buff is better than the best day as a husker" ummmm.... no.
  18. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2008/writ...ex.html?eref=T1 Hmm... wish it were Florida State or Miami. There are still ways that can happen. With how ridiculous the Big 12 has been this year, 4th place is pretty good for Bo's first year.
  19. thats going to far. So IA State would be a better job than Syracuse? Come on....
  20. I agree with you there. He will probably not go to Cuse because there are other, better jobs out there. My argument is people saying Syracuse is overall a crappy program. This just simply is not true. 7 years does not a program make. And yes, that is the only conference they were in.
  21. The big east was only formed in 1991! 4 conf titles in 17 years isn't too bad considering Miami and VT were in it.
  22. Syracuse is not acting like they are too good for Gill. He's on the top of the list. He would be great there. People on this board think HE's too good for THEM, which I don't understand at all.
