Don't know if Ganz has improved a lot but Beck hasn't got any better and is struggling and getting hurt. We really don't have a capable back up at this time. I don't feel comfy at all if Taylor goes down.

I'm guessing he's our best Safety.

Since they showed NO improvement in their jobs (3 more wins from previous year, including a bowl victory), DID NOT have to teach a completely different system to the players in the process, and DID NOT have to recruit players suitable to run this system, I say we cut their salaries to $1.14/hour until they win 10 National Championships in a row. That will surely motivate these coaches. In the week big 12, I'm pretty sure I could of coached 8 wins last year. I think my dog could of coached 5 the year before.

Valid point, but pay raise is just coming through years put in. You work at certain places for 6months and you get a raise. Even if your not producing what you were brought in for?

I remember they did it one year on NET and then they got worried about teams scouting. Oh boy. I have a feeling nothing will be on NET for a long long time. PEderson is mad because Kugler announces for them and Kugler doesn't always kiss Pederson's ass.

Why? I wouldn't give any of them pay raises until they can win the titles like they were brought here to do.

I think Bomar will have a huge year. WIth A Healthy AP and a year of experience, wow he is going to be good. Taylor should have a good year aswell but I think it will be tough for him to stay healthy all year like he did last year.

Im suprised pederson only charges 6 bucks. With his dire need for money and the way husker fans are, im sure they would pay 25 bucks a ticket to go.

Hopefully Lydon gets everything worked out and figured out. He should play a decent role this year.

I'm afraid I'm guilty of supporting that one. My concern wasn't just going on the article, but also what they have been saying on the local news. They have been putting up stats on the QB's, as well as the RB's, and it didn't look like Beck's were too great so far in this very young season. Sorry for the confusion. Beck is struggling and not living up to the hype so far, whether some fans want to deny it or not. Hopefully he will get going.

Our safeties are going to kill us this year imo. I just can't see Tierre Making a big tackle. Bullocks saved us many times last year with tackles.

We have 2 chances for him to play this year unless Taylor gets hurt. Nicholls and Troy.

Beck only has 4 and he wasted 1 last year or he should have 5. But that might be a blessing aswell. Sounds like we are going to get 3 for next year, probs 2 frosh and a juco.

The thing is next year Beck isn't going to have crap for Play experience because we don't beat anyone bad enough to get him in.

If that is the case then lucky will be transferring. wrong.......i agree with Eric.....this may be a season of situational playing time for up to 3 backs.....I think they will mix it up quite a bit, should keep defenses guessing somewhat, may even turn out to be a benefit......do you think Leon would be coming back over to the O side to warn the bench?? he will get his time in the slot or somewhere......and Lucky transfer, i doubt that very much.....even if he did he would have to learn to block, pick up the rush and follow his lead blockers where ever he would go........he will learn here or go back to kickoff returns only...... hunter up to 3 backs. We are going to have 5 who are going to want snaps. I see LEON towards the bottom of that list. Switching postions doesn't mean you are going to play anymore. HE has already switched about 5 times to different positions back and forth.

And if thats the case then why the heck would he be taken out on 3rd down passing situations.

I don't think Frost has ever said he doesn't like Callahan and staff. He simply questions there ability to get it done here. Wouldn't you be a little ticked if all your coaches that you had such good success with got fired? I know if my high school coaches got fired and some new know it all big shot took there place I might have some feelings aswell. So do you feel the same way about all the former NU basketball players who have said some negative things about the program now under collier?

I doubt he will ever go light on jucos.
