Callahan did an excellent job and was 5-7. Puddy knows talent when he sees it. Solich may have had the better record, but he didnt have the 4 and 5 star athletes. Puddy knows what he is doing.

I can think of two INT in the third Quarter just this last game that made a 11 point lead become 3 point deficit within the first 4 minutes. Think they should open the competition up, along with finding some kind of running game. I think Ganz will be much better and less stressed with a better defense and better play calling. Callahan is responsible for some of those interceptions with his stupid calls. Also if Callahan did ream Ganz for running, that explains some interceptions also. And I'm sure all the quarterbacks will get a chance to compete. May the best QB win!

Hopefully Hawkins will improve it to a legit rivalry. He has what seems to be a good attitude. I happen to LOVE the mountains of CO. and when visiting, the people in the mountains are always very nice and have never given us a hard time. I'd live there if I could afford it but of course would always be a Husker!
