I have to disagree with the Jordan led Bulls not having near the talent. Pippen - Outstanding player, would be much better known and renowned had he not been on the same team as Jordan. Pippen and Jordan really built off of one another, and were one of the greatest tandems in the history of basketball. He didn't have a stellar career after leaving the Bulls, but he was also far past his prime by that point. I'm not sure we'll see as great a tandem as Jordan and Pippen in my life time. Kerr - Amazing shooter. Given, he couldn't do much else, but the man was a ridiculous 3 point shooter, and a great shooter all around. Rodman - A defender in a class of his own. Toss in clinically insane to boot . Kukoc - Was a solid bench player, could have started for many teams at that time. Was the prototypical 6th man, as he was capable of playing every position on the court. I don't mean to take away from Jordan, I'm a Bulls fan all the way, but that team was much more than Jordan. Jordan, though, is definitely the player that pushed them above and beyond. You fools seem to forget the bulls won their titles when there was NO GOOD TEAMS in the NBA - They couldn't do a F**KING thing until the LAKERS, celtics, & pistons got old and remember the LAKERS won the first game in the finals in 91 and if Magic & Byron Scott wouldn't have got hurt that series might have been different.

I guess you had no use for Crouch since he almost did the same thing until Solich came and begged for him to come back. And then Crouch went to the pros and instead of getting paid and doing what the team needed... he quit. Where is the Crouch hating speech? See my above posts about crouch.

Witt has never and will never start a game for the Huskers and saw very limited playing time in general. While neither situation is ideal, Crouch seemed to have more of an argument, being that he had contributed and had shown himself to be a capable starter. WRONG crouch had not started any games yet - Newcombe was named the starter in fall camp and crouch left before the season started & solich said they would put him on the field, Newcombe actually got hurt the 1st game of the season. I'm glad someone else brought this up so i didnt have to be the first. I have heard stories like this as far back as last year up until now. Supposedly alot of guys on the team didnt like Witt and the way he handled himself. It really doesnt surprise me. Plus it frees up another scholly. If this is true GOOD RIDDENCE - Why are people BITCH'S?

I still think were 4 deep at QB and remember there's a few walk-ons that play QB also. Talor Martinez is no slouch his team was ranked #1 in SOCAL and that offense he ran averaged a play every 11 seconds while on the field. Corona also plays in one of the toughest divisions in SOCAL.

I hate to burst your celebrity bubble but none of these guys that go to this school are above average. Their school is in a small division in the valley. They DO NOT play any teams in the top 4 divisions out here even though they are offered home games all the time. They brag how they've won all these title's but they don't play anyone. It's a christian school that is owned by a rich guy and of the 700-800 students enrolled 90% are there for athletics. claussen went there and they dodged teams left and right when he was there. They're in the same division where Marlon Lucky, & darrell scott played. Hell, Long Beach Poly & Mater Dei's junior varsity team would beat these guys.

My dad bowls with his uncle out here in CA - ML ended up hating callahan but was good with pelini, problem was he was hurt most of the season.

You have to remember that he did coach at Wisconsin and the Badger fans were not sad seeing him leave. I too live in MN and go to some of the games....their defense has always sucked, they did make some progress this year, but they could not finish the year. The pressures of football up here are not what they are like at NU. The Golden Showers have done nothing in the last 50+ years so any type of improvement people get pretty excited up here. I have friends who coach high school ball up here, are alumni, and also have season tickets and they are not too excited about Coz, let alone Brewster. Anyways, it will be interesting to see how he does up here. There should not be any death threats to his family....which is horrible that they came from the NU fans! I would say they have the potential to be 9-3 regular season + Bowl win or 10-2 regular season + bowl win or loss because 1 win means a tougher opponent in the bowl. But WTF do I know!!!!

I've seen them 36 times over the years and I went to 1 show on the 2004 tour, the Announcement show at the Paladium + 2 TV tapings on Jimmy Kimmel and Jay Leno. I refuse to go see them perform the same songs over & over. Seen it once, seen it 36 times.
