Coaches teach FUNDAMENTAL football like "how to catch" and "how to hold onto a football"... besides the fact that they decide who actually gets on the field. Before you try to tell folks that they shouldn't put blame on the coaching staff please try to wrap the concept of what a coaches' job is around your lemur sized brain If the coaches don't have the kids they have selected to play ready to play IT IS THEIR FAULT!

So why again did the entire Husker nation decide the option "couldn't work in todays college football"? Last time I checked, it was the last time we were above mediocre, and it seems to be owning a team we barely lost to... (I am a bit drunk but I do think the trip D could/would work in the Big twelve...I think we could recruit way better option talent (less competition) than we can kids that get offers from every major school in the US.. flame on or ignore if you wish

The fact that some folks are insinuating that ACC refs are to blame is a F#&*ing joke.... We played better than we would have last year, but our offense is suspect and our pass D is non-existent. We might be really upset come this time next week.

As far as I'm concerned, as long as we're better this year than last, good will come of it. I have faith that we will grow as a team year after year.

I just hope our offense can keep up (somewhat) with them. I am pretty freaked out about what Mizzou might do with our so called pass defense.
