E-ZE... yes the back judge did run in ruling him down and when he did run in, the whistles were already blowing! When i watched it live, i was furious and yelling at the TV because the play was blown dead right after Ameer went down and before everybody dog-piled on top for the ball. That was only one of many bad calls in that game!

how in the hell could we miss defending sucvh a simple obvious play? WTF!? That was inexcusable and embarrassing!

He could have been, let's say a little more tactful in his comment, or not even say anything, since he had already commented on who would win the game. He didn't need to editorialize further on Herbstreits analysis!

Desmond Howard is such a D-Bag! Watching college gameday and just now they allpick Georgia to win. Howard said Georgia will win by no less than 17 pts. Herbstreit said Nebraska may play motivated today due to the Huskers playing poorly in the Big X title game, and Howard mouths off, "Played poorly? (laughing) more like atrocious!" Huge D-Bag!

I was searching for a video on Google and came across this video of Dr. Tom Osborne giving the keynote speech at last years CPSDA Banquet (The video will explain what CPSDA stands for). Anyway, I thought it was a very good insight into part of the thought process of T.O. during his coaching days, and to what great lengths his players, the team as a whole, and everybody involved with the program was willing to go to be championship winning teams! It's amazing what small, seemingly trivial things can make the difference between being champions and being just another good team! The first part of the video TO touches mainly on Nutrition and how he became involved with it, but the last part he gets into drugs, alcohol, and his championship teams. For such a soft spoken man, he does command your attention without asking for it! I think anyone who is a Nebraska Fan for certain, but a football fan in general will find this video to be very interesting and worth the half hour it is in length! I can only wonder if a video like this would be of value to our current coaching staff, football team, and all of NU's teams? Maybe it would start a little self-reflection in some or many of our student athletes and touch-off a higher interest in learning more about what it takes to be, not just good as an athlete, but to be a champion! Let me say, that i do not believe our student athletes are lacking for motivation, that wanting to be the best of the best... i'm simply saying maybe they aren't aware of everything that they could be doing to make themselves champions? This video doesn't transform people into champions obviously, but it does touch on things that many people may not give much thought to!?

Does anyone know if the Husker BBall game is on tv tonight at 6pm? I can't find it anywhere, so i'm thinking it's not? Thought joining the Big10 was going to enable us to watch every game of every sport? If it's not on tv, does anyone know if it can be watched online? Thanks!

Yeah i know it's the internet. That's why I told whoever was posting to my thread at the time, it's not like i am going to cry over not being able to join a Georgia forum!

Joined SECRant so i could go into the Georgia forum and have a respectable chat with Georgia fans, did as they asked by going to the help board forum and asked to be granted access to the board, but wasn't, until just now, after i posted to the general SECRant forum voicing my disapproval in a respectable manner, since that boards own members have joined this board and requested that some of us go there and join in! Just now, after posting to the general forum, I finally got the attention of the admins for the Georgia board, but having done so, i also was immediately virtually mugged, digitally assualted, and according to their mental midget minded egos, also beatdown by some hillbilly Gator fan! All i said in reply was, "If i remember correctly "RoadGator", the last time the Huskers played the Gators, we stomped some Gator arse to the effect of 62-24 in a bowl game win that won us a National Championship for the second year in a row!" BOOM! I lowered the hammer! End of story! That's what i get for thinking there could possibly be a fan base as respectful and classy as ours is, although the Gator fan was the biggest problem, but who would have doubted that?! Total A hole... no A hole is too good for that penis wrinkle... um more like genital wart laden puss hole with bloody scabs! Yeah thats it!

WTF do we have to do to get a D-Tackle to come here? We need to field a Defense that looks competent when playing, especially with all the tv exposure we have these days! I know if i were a recruit, I'd be wondering about the coaching jobs being done here, since the Huskers looked lost much of the year! I'd be thinking to myself.. "Hmmmm? why are so many guys on the D looking around at each other flailing their arms around in a look of panic as the ball is being snapped? Doesn't look very good to a recruit watching at home or to anybody for that matter! I know that is simplifying it a bit, but come on, there is no excuse for our linebackers and secondary to look lost out on the field as the ball is being snapped! That is purely incompetence as the source of the problem!

How can any secondary recruit deny Nebraska's track record and ability to coach our secondary into one of the nation's best year after year as well as get players to the next level, the NFL?!

Beau if another Miami TE commit decommitted, what does this tell you? I know what it would tell me... Miami probably isn't the best way to go if i want to go onto having a promising career! Even without an official TE's coach in place, Nebraska has experienced TE coaches on the staff like Ron Brown who coached them under Osborne!
