thats my boy curtis!! cant really gage all too much from the myspace but he seems like an all arond good kid whose not much diffent from his peers expect he seems more grounded that other hyped up 4 stats myspace pages i've seen... (remember jarvis giles...ya dig y'all controversy ) my boy curtis we'd love to have you you'd be treated right and have the chace to be part of something special, get the respect you need , the exposure, world class everything and the chance to compete against the best....

Sounds like this kid has a head on his shoulders. He sounds like the type of kid that could make a program stand out with what seems to be hard work and plenty of ambition. if i was him i wouldn't real be feeling the love from the coaches at nebraska if only now they are getting around to our boy dalvin... i mean from what we've heard it seems like the coaches weren't too busy with other recruiting challenges this summer.... and as we know recruiting is happening earlier and earlier... guys need to ALWAYS feel the love no matter who they are and how high or low they... i think the staff needs to throw out that old recruiting "board" and hit up circuit city or somethign and pick up a smart board instead... wouldn't hurt.......

This is a pretty good post. I'm no insider but from what I have heard (rumor only) Gilmore may have blown it over the summer. I am not saying that is true, but if it is true should the RC slot be filled inhouse or go outside for a proven commodity? Beck would seem to be a good fit for that, but who knows..... Can you elaborate on what "blowing it" over the summer means? I'm very curious. I can't say I'm paniced about our situation but I did expect more at this point. when schools like tulsa or wake forest have signigicant more recrruits.. many three star guys along with the twos and not rateds you know its time to get on the ball and make some changes....

From what I have heard he is now re opening his recruitment back up and is now a Soft Verbal. I know he was taking other trips to schools but from what I have heard he really thinking about other schools and not just taking a free trip. I dont have access to the pay sites so I wasnt sure if the rumor was true or not but that is what I heard. AHHH nice this is some good news indeed.... just think of it you and your boy Gabbart coming to lincoln together.... learning from some of the best the game day atmosphere...... all the epic times you'll have the support you'll have for life from ALL of nebraska faithful its a no brainer!! We had a small lead on Okie Lite, he had a long talk on the phone with Leach himself. Leach assured him that he'd be there forever and told Simek he was their #1 guy in Texas or Oklahoma. He bit, hard. While it may not be his style I think Bo may need to do more selling and deal-closing . why all the "i gave it 10/10" or speeches of how amazing and nothing compares to facilities etc... but nobody can seem to close... i think Bo needs to step up

this is getting old. i wouldn't be surprised to hear a journalist bring up recruiting or lack there of and question the HC. whatever the method of recruiting they are using, it is defintely not working. it is time to get worried, starting now.
