      That is what I have been told, that the cleanup is a pain.  People say to get a piece of plyboard to just toss on top when you are not using it.

      I do smash burgers like crazy on some cast iron over the stove and my electric griddle.  I am not sure if I need a 300 dollar propane griddle but I keep eyeing them and cleanup on the griddle I do have is annyoing.
