Got my JJ shot today at Millard North. Took all of 3 minutes and then you get sent to sit for 15 minutes, which, I did not. So far, so good (So what, who can name the band?)

It is not really a business to the players. But imagine it, coach comes in and tells them "Go have a meeting and decide my fate" so the players go have a meeting...if only 1 or 2 players want him gone, is that enough? Will they speak up? If they do, and the rest of the team votes that he should stay, look at what you have created. A team that is no longer on the same page.
Now, more than likely none of them really cared all that much so it doesn't really matter. But it is still a really crappy thing to put on your team. This is not like they are voting on which new team hoodie to get. They are voting on a man's life and legacy.
For myself, I would not want that dumped on me.

Looks like he saved his job by doing something more disgusting and telling his team it was "up to you guys if you want me to quit coaching basketball"...what an a$$h@!e thing to do, you don't toss that kind of bomb on some 20 year olds. If one of them says "I think you should quit" that kid is going to be destroyed by social media losers. That is like parents using their kids in a divorce.
