those refs were horrible. Our D-line was being held all night, Zac Taylor was hit a lot and no roughing the passer. the catch interference on shanle, Bowman should have been called for PI on the last throw into the endzone. oh well.. perhaps they just wanted to let the two teams play.

hey bud i didnt try to participate in the trash talking and you honored your word and thats cool. but i must say that was one of the most exciting Husker football games i've watched all season. I was on the edge of my seat every play. both teams fought through adversity (refs, opposing defenses, etc.) and never let go. both teams didnt lay down once it was stacked against them. That was expected of Michigan since they have done it all season long. We were sporatic and we layed down against KU and Mizzou. Im just glad both teams showed up to play and made it one helluva game. Good luck to Michigan next year and I hope we play you guys again and again and again because it is truly an exciting matchup even in the down years.

i think Coach C. overdosed on egos at Oakland and isnt ready to jump back into that fire. I think he wants to coach players who arent payed millions and bitch and moan when the coach doesnt do things their way. Plus I think Coach C. wants to teach and coach and do those things for a tradition rich college program. Nebraska is a home run in those accounts.

Everybody seems to forget about the other guys like ganz and davis. who knows they might practice real hard this spring and summer and come back next fall and be awesome. you never know.

its amazing what a new uniform does to your perspective of a guy. after sleeping on it i realized its not so bad. its just karma on us. we stole chris brooks who didnt see the field this year. we stole lydon murtha who thankfully helped revive our offensive line. what comes around goes around.

there's a possibility. freeman did watch our team practice and probably got to watch harrison in action and could have realized that he wouldnt see much playing time. its ok. next year's QB recruiting is already on the way so we will not be in bad shape at all.

im not lookin for a piss fight im just giving numbers and my own "you coach it" approach to justify my reason for picking texas to win the national championship this year and end USC's streak. Besides Oregon, who did USC beat? Notre Dame had a weak schedule (tennesse collapsed.) and a weak defense. Texas played A&M which was ranked pre-season like tenn. but collapsed. Played oklahoma (on the rise. playing oregon(should be bcs)). I just think Texas is too tough.

i agree with valentine. love the enthusiam. this kid looks good. we get to watch this kid develop and become a true playmaker on the defense for 3 years.

i hear what you are sayin FF and i do feel that they have changed some things but they still emphasize academic excellence, teamwork, sportsmanship, hard working ethic, and winning. to me those traditions will never change no matter what offense is being run, what the field turf looks like, and what color herbie husker's hair is.

yeah... Texas 57 Tech 17. texas had a lot of trouble with tech thats why texas plays ball control. keep the ball out of USC's hands and those weapons become nukes that are never used. Tech then played like poop against oklahoma st and thats why they are 9-2 otherwise they'd be 10-1. tech is way better than notre dame and fresno state. and USC almost lost to those two teams.
