Didn't they develop new antibiotic a few years back called platensimysin just for that incidence? I've heard of them using maggot therapy before also. Platensimycin is still in clinical trials if I'm not mistaken. Vanc is usually the first drug given, but there are others that cover MRSA.

It's not just in-state residents that support the Huskers, though. There are a TON of Nebraska expats out there following the team from Hawaii to Maine. You can't just use in-state numbers for these calculations, which is why I've been on-again, off-again searching for game-by-game ratings.... and having little luck finding them. Right on, brotha.

I guess all I can do know is keep cheering 'em on and hope they can make something out of the situation. These are good kids and I hope they can see past the BS if that's what they're dealing with.

Who is this? Jim Carrey from the movie "Yes Man." Carrey wasn't actually in Lincoln for the shoot. The worst part was the footage was taken of the stadium and fans during the 2007 Oklahoma State debacle. I'll bet there was a ton of footage on the cutting room floor after that mess. They shot his portion from the coliseum in LA. My sister found a request online for husker fans in southern cal to put on the red and help with the shoot.

She grew up about 20 min from where I live in SC. I thought she was from Boulder.. (Almost a deal breaker for me). I find myself watching Army Wives and Desparate Housewives. Born in Boulder, grew up in SC...her dad was a professer at the U of South Carolina. That is a deal breaker for me. Ah Charlotte...........Scwhing!!!!!!!!! Don't forget Army Wives - filmed in SC.

I saw Iron Man for the first time on Blu-Ray. I wasn't expecting much, but pleasantly suprised. Pretty Cool.

Anderson better be gone at the end of the year!!! I just watched the news and saw NU lost 8 - 5. Anderson needs to go and T.O. has to hire the best there is. No excuses! Saw it on the news? Vince, don't you have a radio or TV? You had to see the team piss away the game in real time to appreciate it. Agreed. It was soooo much more embarassing on TV.
