I see him staying around, although I thought that at his size and speed the staff should've moved him to LB Collins already quit once and then came back. He is behind two true freshman that basically walked in this summer and were better than him from day one. I see him leaving and finding a program that he can actually find the field in. I would guess they will switch him to defense like Cody Glenn / Prince. He would have less of a chance playing there than he does at RB. Which backer is he going to beat out? Chris Williams? Eric Martin? Sean Fisher? Will Compton? Lavonte David? He would be 6 deep at that position as well. okafor was an overhyped nebraska kid who wasted a scollie. He was overhyped and a waste of a scollie. But not by virtue of the fact that he was from Nebraska. Not saying that you were saying that. But by interjecting that part in thats what you kind of made it sound like.

I agree that the atmosphere looked electric in Eugene (as it always is), but I'm a little surprised he would be leaning toward OU or OSU considering there was absolutely no defense in that game. Both offenses are above average, but they looked like pro offenses going against high school defenses. Either OO sees immediate playing time at OU or he simply wants to stay close to home, because I don't see how he comes away from that game thinking that he'll receive better defensive instruction at OU than at Nebraska. Owa has said that he is not very interested in immediate playing time. He has stated that he wants to go to a place where he can be just another guy so he can work his way up to the top and not start at the top. He is looking for a challenge. I do believe to get this kid we are going to have to beat out Oregon. They are the main competition. This isnt the last of the ups and downs in this kid's recruitment. You have to be stupid if you dont think that we arent going to send the house on his in home visit. Suh also winning (not just being nominated for but winning) every defensive award under the sun helps us out tremendously. Suh will help us out for this one as well being from Portland. Bo's track record of putting DL in the NFL wont be ignored by anyone in this instance. 3 top 5 picks in the last 3 years (if you count Suh) is impressive. NEVER underestimate Papuchis either. NEVER.

true, but i've heard that the scholarship was in fact pulled. believe what you will. Wonder if the CC decomitt has anything to do with this?? You could very well be right dylan. CC just saw the writing on the wall that NU isnt going to use a slot reciever in the way that we are going. From everything that I have heard we wont need a kid with that particular set of skills in the offensive direction that we are going to go.

He will play wide reciever. It is interesting that CU didnt pursue him too much. He would fit perfectly in that CU or Wake Forrest type offense.
