Many other states are doing it in a very controlled and regulated way. They're helping a lot of people deal with pain, epilepsy, cancer, loss of appetite, PTSD issues....all sorts of stuff and they are doing it in responsible ways. In almost all cases, we're not talking about "smoking" any pot. We're talking pills or CBD oils. I get what you're saying jmfb, but there's an even greater model already out there for Nebraska to structure its own laws around.
