Yep I agree. I am a Police Officer but I am also a supporter of the "right to bear arms" to an extent. There is no damn reason why people should be bringing guns to work in their cars! There is a reason why these "experts" are not "coaches" much like yourself. How are coaches anymore right than recruiting 'experts'? They look at the same tape, analyze the same things and develop thoughts on the certain recruit. The difference with a recruiting expert is they are not into the X's and O's of the game. Coaches whiff just as much if not more than the recruiting experts. The recruit-niks are bound to miss in their assumptions of the tens of thousands of HS seniors and JUCO players across the whole country, don't you think? In any case, a 5.2 forty for someone of Bailey's size and stature is EXTREMELY fast. Where you are getting most OL run 5.0 forty yard dashes I would like to know. In any case, this is a new day and age in Husker football, so we are not recuriting the same type of players. So your point about past players is moot at best. But if you want to discount a highly touted lineman because of a 40 time, be my guest. But how many times do you see a lineman running 40 yards? Show me their 10 yard dash, shuttle time and quickness in the feet. That is where a lineman is made, not in a 40 time or any amount of weight. Again you do see who your trying to make a point too dont you? This guy just argues to argue. Hell you tell em the sky is blue he will argue that it's not.

It is because they can't stand that the majority of the fans like Pederson and Callahan! They try everything in their power to display it. In other words they are pissed because what they are trying to do isn't working!

Mine was of our pass blocking. They looked really good out there. Your going to give up a sack or two but for the most part they gave time for Zack to read and react to the WR's. This is the first time in about 3 years that I have seen the Huskers play well on all aspects of the game. Kicker missed one but came back and booted 2 in. Offense moved the ball damn well. Defense was in the face of the QB all day. Secondary can use some work but thats for later on to discuss. Right now it's all about enjoying the win ! Great JOB HUSKERS....YOU DESERVED THIS ONE!

What puts someone in the "X-Box" generation? Just asking because I am trying to figure out where I fall under. I agree with you though. It is the third maybe fourth game of D-1 football for these guys. Give them a chance before throwing out the word bust. Tommie Frazier must of been a bust since he didn't come right in and beat out Mike Grant. I knew someone was gonna ask that...LMAO It's those young fans who just started watching NCAA when the Huskers dominated in the 90's. The "young fans" who didn't know the Huskers back in the 70's and 80's when year after year we would lose the "Big Game" Be it the Sooners game or the Orange Bowls. Not all are like this but there's more then not. In other words we are going through a HUGE growing pain now. It's rough I know but we will get better.

Yeah Denver played a damn good game. It is like that every year between these two teams. As long as we both leave the FAIDERS in the dust then that is what matters! To be honest I felt good about KC going into the game but they just looked flat. But then I realized the Mile High Curse still lives!

What is really scarry is about 75% of those points came in the last two quarters! USC got a wake up call trailing at the half and came out firing on all cylinders!
