  1. Purdy has been pretty well protected. He’s broken the pocket several times when he didn’t need to. Then ran right into straight rushers on 1st down.
  2. Purdy has run into the pressure like every time.
  3. Iowa 5 3rd down conversions, 2 4th down conversions. Most high school defenses would be embarrassed by that.
  4. Reminds me so much of Chins. Might as well take a nap on 1st and 2nd down
  5. Dude ran into his own guy and still got the yardage. Defense sucks.
  6. Offense has been bad. But the defense has themselves to blame for being on the field so long.
  7. Giving up a touchdown to Brian Ferentz should be demotion worthy.
  8. Nice assignment football. 2 backers chase the qb on the rollout. Wide open TE. Good god.
  9. Nebraska is not the most talented roster, but can they please be the smarter team against other teams with similar talent…every once in awhile?
  10. Guess the defense will need to score. That is the only way I see a win. 4 yards on 1st down run. Two throws, including going empty on 3rd down. Punt.
  11. ST strikes again. First guy whiffs. Than a spear.
  12. The only way Iowa wins is waiting for dumb teams to do dumb things. Enter Nebraska.
  13. How to lose to Iowa…do what the Huskers do.
  14. Swing pass was open on that 3rd down. Oh well. Might have a better chance to score on defense.
  15. What specifics can you give us on the whistle Bill Russell got? I’m curious.
  16. I started to laugh at this, but I’ve moved on to genuine concern. You doing ok?
  17. I learned this team has played in 18 games decided by 7 points or less over the past 3 seasons. They’ve won exactly 2 of those games.
  18. Yeah. Just seems to lack self awareness. Behavior is enabled with the whole ‘he plays with an edge, and we like that’ crap. Best ability is availability, and he’s not been someone the Warriors can count on being on the floor so far this season.
