Actually, after the D-line complete their fakes Kieth Williams notices the NG and takes his shot at him. Between him and Caputo at that point they can't take the kid on. Helu was suppose to block on that play but ends up having no one to pick up cuz they all dropped into coverage. He then fails to slow a guy twice his size. Understandable. This play is just a gaurds and center fail.

I'd settle for an offense that can put up some points, that doesn't give up the ball like Lindsay Lohan gives up (well, you know), and maintain some semblance of consistancy speeding tickets?!?!?!!? :laughpound

Actually I think our lined proved quite the opposite this year. We had a good run blocking line and were decent at pulling which are needed in an option offense. I think there terrible pass protection skills are why we are bashing them for the most part.

I am just amazed when other teams WR's come back to the ball and catch it. The corner sometimes hits them while they go for a catch and still reel it in. I even laugh when the ball is slightly behind the receiver and the guy pulls it in. Our receivers blow!!!

Here is where the thread should now evolve for those of you who are offended. Brion Carnes being closely talented and having the play making ability of Tyrod Taylor. If this would end up being true, I would say this: Brion Carnes > Any other qb on the roster It goes wihtout saying that if Carnes were anything like Tyrod and his ability to make plays I would love to see that guy on the field dominating for nebraska.

We have a lot of holes on offense that need be filled. With that being said we will need a whole slew of people to step up in our secondary as well. The good thing is we have one of the nation's better corners returning. The only thing is do we have more questions on offense or defense at this point?

1. Eric Crouch-He was a beast and obviously the best quarterback of this decade. 2. Zac Taylor-He was a gutsy man with just enough talent. 3. Jammal Lord-If this guy was around right now to run the zone read we would all be drooling over his abilities. 4. Joe Ganz-Gunslinger. 5. Zac Lee-Did what he had to do. That's all. 6. Taylor Martinez-One dimensional but worked out for a small portion of time. 7. Cody Green-Do we really know how he can play through an entire game still? 8. Sam Keller-Relatively poor decision maker but was pretty talented. 9. Joe Daily-Clownahan screwed him pretty good. If only he ran the option.
