Maybe people would have more of a reason to be loud and cheer if the product that they put on the field actually performed at a high level on both sides of the ball. What a big joke this is with all the complaining people do on here. I am very happy with a 9-1 record I just wish that we could be more consistent all the way around. We should of pounded iowa state regardless of having a 3rd string Qb in and we should of been able to just blow the 108th ranked rush defense off the ball in kansas. Sipple recorded that we had 18 runs of 2 yards or less,and some of those were on 3rd and short against Ku.I like how people just jump into conclusions all of a sudden and think that I was saying that I am not being happy with a 9-1 start.I was simply saying that its hard to get excited beating a HORRIBLE Ku team by 17 points and Isu team by 1 point that is not evan bowl eligible yet.

I honestly don't think that we would be in the position that we are in as of now with Turner as our head coach.

That's a bit of an exaggeration isn't it? We lost by two touchdowns after fumbling on the first play of the game on our own nine yard line. We also played championship caliber defense (the 99 yard drive withstanding) and outgained Oklahoma in yardage. If you ask me, that game came down to Zac Taylor's four interceptions. Yeah and if I'm not mistaken I believe that OU did not cross the 50 yard line once on offense in the 2nd half. Zac just kept throwing pics inside OU's Redzone,that game was so stupid!

i was so weirded out i didn't know what to do, so... i spat I kinda liked the article.

I have been hearing that from a lot of people. I am an optimist to be quite honest with you. In Callahan's first year I was convinced we could beat OU. But anyways, in response to the above statement: If we are not NC caliber, who is? 1. Oregon? Not convinced they are an elite team 2. Auburn? I think they lose two games when it is all said and done 3. BS? They will lose to Nevada 4. TCU? eh... 5. LSU? They have a coach who was on the hotseat last year and should remain there. 6. Stanford? Good football team. Better than us? I don't think so. 7. Wisconsin? I remain unimpressed by the competition in the Big Ten. People talk about our near miss against ISU but forget that Wisky had one with ASU. That brings us to our spot. Are we THAT much behind a single program above us in terms of talent, coaching or level of play? I don't think we are. We could give every single team above us a great game and we could win on any given night. +1 I agree with everything you just said.
