  1. This feels very 2014 Michigan. While I agree with the whole, "it's only 9 games in" stuff, but even Brady Hoke went 11-2 in his first year. I really enjoy when NU is good. We, as a conference, need that in the west, but it doesn't seem like the Riley/Eichorst admin is going to get that done. Unfortunately I think you have to give him at least 2 years, because trying to find a coach this off-season is going to be a crapshoot with all of the openings.
  2. Well I think I'm finally ready to talk about this. At least a little. But you can go back and forth questioning what they should've done differently, but really if literally anything else happened, we would have won. If a swarm of bats fell upon the field and ate every person there, we still would've won. It was a fluke play and it hurt(s) bad. Probably a good week for a bye for the players, but as a fan i just want a game to wash last week off of me.
  3. Not even sure what that means, I dont see a lack of UM fans talking here or anywhere else for the last decade, your being a bit of a drama queen or you are getting that little envy burn(cant imagine why though, the team has a way to go)there. We owned the late 80's and the 90's osu the 2000's and half this decade, it happens, it's actually been a sort of a crappy streaking rivalry for almost the past 30 years or so. Still, since the world in the end is just, and good does prevail UM is still up 58–46–6 all time, so the planet will continue to remain on it's axis. 500th post btw, clap clap clap....thanks. lol, you just proved his point. Michigan still living on the dream of defeating a farm team as well as while the Model T was still in production. As far as I know those games still count. Does winning the Spanish-American War "not count" because it was "before World War II". Let's be serious. You guys are scared little bitches. When you think of the French army, I'm sure you think of the fearsome warriors instead of surrendering from WWII Nah, I think of the army that lost 1.9 million men in two World Wars. I've read enough to understand that dumping on the French Army is a lazy trope at best.

  5. Exactly. This team feels more "real" than any I can honestly remember. You can point to 2006 but even then they had this weird, hard-to-descriibe softness that showed up against good offenses. I'm not feeling that yet. Also we haven't played any good offenses yet this years so..we'll see but I like the mood of the program right now.
  6. Saw what? Are you talking record? I guess maybe one season we were 5-1? I'm not sure how you can compare the job the two coaching staffs did/have done.
  7. The only difference between me just muttering a weird sentence to myself while I'm taking a shower and this dude is a microphone.
  8. God I hope we steamroll these douches. Wish ya'll beat em too but they shouldn't win another game.
  9. YES YOU ARE ARE. LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  10. Honestly looked reminiscent of Barry out there last night
  11. Definitely weird. I hope it's swoosh on the jerseys and jumpman on the cleats and gloves. I'd be cool with that.
  12. I know the staunch "go back to the big 12" contingent of Husker fans is a minority, but I honestly think all that it will take to put that away for good is a more consistent product on the field. No more blowouts to Wisconsin, a conference championship or some top 10 finishes would quickly wash away some of that pining nostalgia. I really do wish we could've gotten a team like OU rather than f'ing Rutgers, but I guess we have to just live with that now.
  13. Obviously going to sound homerific coming from me, but here's how I feel like the situation went down: Pipkins comes to UM a highly regarded, 5-star recruit Is constantly injured, the extent of which includes 3 concussions, a serious neck injury and 2 ACL tears Harbaugh tells him that he's not going to play this year, there is no NFL team that is going to draft him, sign the medical and finish your degree at Michigan Pipkins is understandably upset, let's people know Until we take some grad transfer or something like that I really believe that the coaching staff had the kid's best interest at heart. If we do take a grad transfer, well, then I guess a lot of Michigan fans, myself included, will have to admit we're hypocrites and live with that.
  14. Any camp lead by Trent Dilfer leaves me wary...
  15. *Princeton The design was thought to have an advantage on the field. This actually gave me a random thought. Why don't you guys take our helmets and pants for a game and we'll take your helmet and pants for one game. Keep the jerseys the same. It will look super funny and we can all laugh when we lose.
  16. Penn State should be ashamed of themselves. For their non-con schedule, that is.
  17. Looks like Indiana Looks like Rutgers
