When was the last time KU-Missouri was on TV? KU had one great year with Mangino and one decent year, that's it. I've been in Omaha for 8 years and it's been televised every year.

I believe this will happen as well. Mizzou ends up in the Big X(I)(II) in less than 5 years. Bernie Miklasz is supposed to rile up people. I don't know why anyone is getting upset with the article. He was known as 'pancake' back in the 'Lou. He would 'flip-flop' on sports topics regularly.

You know what? As much as I can't stand living in Nebraska and hate the Huskers, I'm going to miss playing you guys every year. This will be my third visit to Memorial Stadium. I'm used to crowds in my hometown of St. Louis at multiple sporting venues where you run the risk of getting your butt kicked in if you root for the opposing team. I was expecting something similar to that in my first visit to Lincoln in 2006. Didn't happen....in fact, some of you overly polite individuals said, "Have a good game". Shocked me. I was on the field for the last 5-10 minutes in 2008 behind the Tiger bench, getting my picture with Truman the Tiger. Once again, treated with respect. Don't know what to expect this year...probably more of the same. I'll miss the rivalry and the anticipation of this game every year. Good luck to the Huskers...after this game.

Complaining about dropped passes is the same as Texas complaining about that pooch kick in the 2nd half. If they wouldn't have done that, Nebraska would have only scored 6 points in the game. You don't know how your dropped passes would have changed the outcome of the game. Texas would have played totally different on offense.

Why is it that the only people that think this is a legal hit are Husker fans? There are few impartial observers in this thread that think it was illegal, but for the most part 99% of you are wearing Husker goggles and can't look at this play logically. The announcers said he led with his helmet. The Big XII said he led with his helmet. Print media said he led with his helmet. Open your eyes people.

Congrats on a North Championship. I wish it could be my Tigers being led to slaughter against the Longhorns, but it's not in the cards for 2009. Good luck and well wishes. Now.....seriously, guys. Let's keep this 'title' in perspective. The Huskers had a good season, won the North and all that jazz. But the order is restored? Seriously? The Huskers won: ...against three Junior Varsity teams. ...against a severely overhyped K-State team that lost to a Div II (or whatever they're calling that level nowadays) team. ...a Kansas team that is in total disarray ...against three teams without a Quarterback. Oklahomo (without Bradford) Baylor (without Griffin) Mizzou (3 1/2 quarters with Gabbert at 1/5th speed) Good luck for the last 3 games. I hope nobody gets hurt. Last time I saw Eric Crouch, he was getting popped going across the middle for a ball in a preseason game for the Rams. He quit after that. I do remember his 99 yard run against Mizzou, though. A couple of defenders had to pick up their jock strap when he was done.

Mizzou is 3-0 against the Huskers on Faurot's Field Turf. We may as well not even play the game then. What is it with all of you uptight Husker fans? Are you guys immune to humor? What I said is no worse than what Knapp and all his cronies say. Quoting stat upon stat about why the Huskers are going to beat Mizzou.
