Good to see we decided to quit playing.

Grant needs to quit dancing and just run the damn ball.

And Tom Herman as his OC.

I don't know much about him but have read up on his philosophies and he really emphasizes speed. He started out as a speed coach and moved up from there.

If Rhule is the new HC, look for Jeremy Scott to be named the head guy for our S&C program. He has followed Rhule since his days at Temple and actually was an assistant S&C coach at PSU when Rhule played there.

Joe Brady. Rhule hired Brady to be his OC at Carolina but then fired him 2 years later.

I really hope you aren't propping up our S&C program because a couple players went and trained someplace else before the combine to help with their speed and agility.

Our S&C program is CRAP. Duval has sacrificed speed and flexibility for overall strength. Our players, especially in the trenches, have become WAY to stiff which results them in being slow also.

This kid is BIG. He played TE and DE for them this year but with his build, he will easily become an OT.

We need some excitement in our lives like this.

If we won’t pay $1+ million for assistants under Rhule, we probably won’t do it for Urban either.

Why doesn’t this surprise me. If we aren’t willing to pay top dollar for assistant coaches then we won’t get a top HC.

I heard it was just from coaching, not all together. Sounds like he wants to spend more time going and watching his kids play now that Ben is off to play college sports like his sisters.

Heard Coach Brahmer is retiring after the championship game also.

That actually wouldn't be a bad hire. He is VERY well connected when it comes to Texas HS recruiting.

How many will be upset when it's Tom Herman being named.

Maybe to get closer to home being he is from SD? That is just my guess.

Out of curiosity, who is the guy you would like to see?

He has won everywhere he has been beside the NFL which doesn’t mean s#!t to me. He has had 1 losing season and 1 .500 season in all the years he has been HC in college. The guy is a great recruiter and honestly puts Frost to shame when it comes to offense. It also doesn’t hurt that he is a graduate of the Saban School of Coaching. That itself is big in a lot of coaching circles.

Any coach not named Kiffin will be a disappointment. I think I might go join Thurston if it isn’t Kiffin.

The whole Lincoln Riley to USC has me thinking that USC knew they would be coming to the B1G and that is why Riley took the job. It was no secret that Riley and some of the top brass at OU wanted to join the B1G and not the SEC.
