Bowl Projection

Recommended Posts

Actually, I think that the whole Big 12 #2, Big 12 #3 thing is about the order in which they get to choose who they want.

Fiesta Bowl gets the champ . . .

Cotton Bowl gets second choice . . .

Gator Bowl or whoever gets third choice . . .

And so on. If I'm wrong, someone call me out.

Based on that, it will probably depend on how badly we lose to decide whether or not the Cotton Bowl wants us. If we hang close, they'll probably take us. If we get waxed, the CB will probably choose Oklahoma instead.

But of course, I'm still holding out for the Fiesta Bowl. :)

I am pretty sure that's correct. Anyways, here is ESPN's bowl projection's and one of them is the same. link

That says Oklahoma would be in the Orange Bowl, and Texas would be in the Fiesta Bowl.... How would that work?!!?!

Now, that ESPN guy who picked us to play in the Gator Bowl against Wake Forest, now that's a matchup I like.

Especially since we go out there early next season. Could be a lot of fun.

Not trying to be a downer on Wake, but I would still rather play a better team than them.

ZT vs. his former school(WF).......

Texas wins the conference title outright, Oklahoma gets in as an at-large
