slacker Posted December 18, 2006 Share Posted December 18, 2006 Irregular News for 12.18.06 Fon Du Lac, WI -- A woman was arrested for drunken driving and several traffic offenses after she threw a beer bottle at a marked police squad car that was trying to pull over her car. A Fond du Lac Police Department officer saw the woman drive through a stop sign at Second Street and Military Road about 5 this morning, said Fond du Lac Police Capt. Mike Frank. The officer turned on his squad’s flashing lights and tried to stop the car as it turned east on Second Street. On Second, the driver allegedly threw a beer bottle out of her car in the direction of the squad car, Frank said. The bottle did not strike the squad. Frank said the woman knew the squad was behind her and apparently aimed the bottle at the squad. source Quote Link to comment
