hskrdedhed
There is really no comparison. Whenever I go back to Nebraska , I am blown away at how good steaks and beef in general is compared to here in Colorado. It even looks 50 times better in the case in Nebraska than the beef here. mbhusker13
i wouldnt know. Poor thing, vegetarian? Don't know what you are missing. Been to Colorado, paid like 7.50 for a hamburger in Keystone. IT SUCKED. It's like they feed their poor cows ground sh*t. Nebraska and Texas anywhere else just doesn't measure up. Quote Link to comment
pigsonthewing
longhorn meat. its super lean with very little fat compared to other products. but in reality, it all depends on what the cow was fed to bulk it up. my parents breed longhorns and show them across the country, and when they get a bull calf that doesnt turn out the way they want, they snip his junk off and bulk him up.
