Nigel, don't start.

We've been -40 F every morning for the last three weeks and I have the temperment of a spring grizz with a bad tooth ache. At least yours will probably melt in a few days.

Sorry, just venting a little...

 

Just when we thought we saw the light at the end of the 4 month long tunnel with the average of 5ºF. We wake up to 6" of winter wonderland So you'll have to excuse me if I'm a little upset if I have to go through another month of wool socks and heavy coats.

 

Thank God this will be my last winter in Calgary.

Hey if it makes you feel better it was like 78 degrees here today. We got rid of all of our snow from the blizzard last week!!!

It was 75 in Longmont Colorado today!!! You might want to check us out Nigel if you're looking for a place to land. Not necessarily Longmont, but Colorado has a lot to offer. And there are a ton of Husker fans out here...I promise.

 

And yes...the snow is finally gone from all corners of the back yard, front yard and driveway!!!

 

Actually, the snow ususally doesn't stay around for very long. This year has been strange to say the least. We actually had a little bit of rain this past Saturday.
