BigRedCornhead
Man gotta love when the Huskers get some national attention. The article itself was true to our situation. Quote Link to comment
LouisianaHuskerFan
Agreed, it was a very good article and very shocking that ESPN would have something positve to say about Nebraska. Quote Link to comment

BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
typical half-assed ESPN reporting as they morphed Wilson's knee injury and broken leg from the tv accident into one injury! Quote Link to comment

bethelbacker
I think this is part of an ever-growing effort by ESPN to get on the good side of Husker fans. The reason? After Herbstreit's bitching on the "greatest team of all time" show, they realized that they had pissed us off, and knew in the back of their mind that there was a solid chance that they (Gameday) might be visiting Lincoln this year. So by putting all this good publicity out for us, they are making sure we dont get on Herbie's case too much when they show up for our game vs. USC Obviously, none of this is true, but its fun to think that it is really the case. KansasHusker
Anyone else notice how much attention Ganz is getting with the starting Qb position being "open". Is it just me or are people actually buying into this? I like Ganz a lot and I know this has been discussed before, but lets all be honest...Ganz starting over Keller? Yes it is a competition...yes whoever wins the job will have to fight for it, but lets be honest...there is no way in heck Ganz will start over Keller this year. Quote Link to comment
kc_husker
Remember pracrice is closed this year to the media. So everyone is going bye what Cally is saying, and of course he is going to say that we have a battle at the QB spot. Quote Link to comment
bethelbacker
Good call KC husker Quote Link to comment
BigRedCornhead
We all know that Keller will get it, but we all root for the underdog and just knowing there is a slight change for Joe to snag the starting spot keeps me enthused about the race...and plus it might keep keller wanting it just as bad as joe Quote Link to comment
