808Husker in KCMO
It isnt as crazy as it sounds. Look at thier schedule. Nothern Colorado At La Tech At UNLV Charleston Southern At Idaho Utah State At San Jose State New Mexico State Fresno State At Nevada Boise State Washington I wouldnt bet agaisnt them losing anything more than 1 game. Undefeated is a real possibility. Meaning they will in all likelyhood get a BCS bid. CFN does do a reasonable job of predicting the games before the season starts, better than many other 'experts'. AT least the guys there watch the games. With that schedule though even if they lose one game, I believe they won't be ranked high enough in the BCS standings to get an automatic bid. But you never know, they just might. After seeing this schedule and if they do go undefeated or lose one game and go to a BCS game I will be more sick about them going than I was last year whenever Notre Dame went to a BCS game. They will go undefeated this year as Boise St. lost virtually their whole team this year. Also, Ive had the oppurtuniy to watch the Warriors play and they are a fun bunch to watch. They are sloppy and they dont play defense, but man is a UH game exciting. I went to the UH Purdue game last year and Aloha stadium felt like it was gonna crumble into a pile of rust and 25 year old astroturf it was so loud. Quote Link to comment
BGREDSTUCKN IA
Who the hell makes speculations like this. Personally I think this is such a crap shoot since college football is so momentum filled. All it takes is one bad weekend to rerout the whole prediction. If there is one sport that cannot be predicted this far into the future, it is college football. Not happenin. Quote Link to comment

Overland Park Husker
What I want to know is why everyone is saying we have no chance to beat the Big XII Powers this year? Our team is supposed to be better than last year (minus the QB and small decline in D-Line positions) and we should've beat Texas and in my opinion were one int away from beating OU? I'm also tired of hearing about this phenominal OU ground game? Didn't we completely shut that down last year? Quote Link to comment

We sure did, just like we shut down Auburn's running game after Kenny Irons said that we have never seen a run attack like Auburns and that he was going to run the ball down our throats. What a tool. I can't tell you why they are saying that, but i can tell you that we won't be picked to beat the big xii powers until we actually beat them, which in a way makes sense.. Quote Link to comment
