At halftime we bring to you: blah blah blah we told you so....USC is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good....Nebraska is not what it once was....blah blah blah

And if so, would the assessment be wrong? USC is good --- very good. And we are nowhere near where we once were. Both are true statements. The proof is before our eyes.

This board has largely set themselves up for a bad week, thinking that the Huskers were going to win. If one had a realistic expectation, we would figure that being down by 11 at the half is not so bad. A score and we are right back in this. The offense is playing pretty well. the defense is scrappy --- but overmatched.

Could be better, sure. But could be much worse. Hopefully the second half they hang in as well as they did in the half. my fear is that the floodgates may open up and this thing could really get away.

Bill may be the worse play caller in the history of major college football. Not trying to be disrespectful but this guy is about to wear me out.

What's the count on how many times Kirk says Pete is a fun guy.

i'm just waiting for kirk to say how good a kisser pete is and how absolutely DREAMY he is.

21-10 at the half...

Remember when Nebraska was known for their rushing game and SC was a throwing team? Welcome to 2007 and the reality of your team's ability.

Fight On!

Yes I rather be the running team. Osborne always said with pass the corners can shake it off. With the run that means you are dominating the trenches and the team moral goes down.
