Shooter
How far out is our football schedule filled up? In the time that Osborne is here, is there a good chance he will be able to set up some nice non-conference matchups, and how do you suppose his thought process is going when considering who might be coaching those games way out on the horizon? INteresting. Veeeery interesting.... Rick L. Quote Link to comment
junior4949
Aren't the nonconference teams pretty much scheduled like 5 years in advance? I'm guessing we're booked for several years out there. I don't think TO wants to really get into this. I'll be surprised if he's the interim AD longer than 12 months. Quote Link to comment

Upper right is a drop-down box with the upcoming years and the scheduled games. (not all of them) Looks pretty set through 2009. Included 2012/2013 w/UCLA, 2010/2011 w/Washington Quote Link to comment
NPhusker
I bet Osborne will be here for atleast 3 years if not more, i think he wants to make sure that this program is on its way to win another National Title. Quote Link to comment
junior4949
I hope you are right about the 3 years, but that's asking a lot from a man who has donated so many years of his life already to this University. Quote Link to comment
NPhusker
He will be here for atleast 3 years because he has dedicated so many years to the program. He sees this program struggle and it just tears him up in side. I am only a 20 year old fan and it kills me, just think about how TO feels. There probably isnt a person on this board that cares about the university more than TO does. So he saw this huge problem with his "baby" and had to take action, he isnt going to make a big deal about it like Pederson made a big deal out of everything he is doing but TO is working so hard to fix our problem that he probably isnt sleeping at night. Osborne wont leave the program until he feels very good about direction of this program, or is forced to retire because of health issues. Quote Link to comment

I can see him being here for 2-3 years as long as his health remains strong. He is 70 years old. Quote Link to comment
Jazzkevin
It seems like Pederson was in the process of booking Hawaii for 2009/2010 and now it's in limbo. Hopefully Tom will complete this deal as it would be a great matchup, plus I'm sure the players would like to go there.
