knapplc
In your hypothetical college Dream Team, would you rather have OJ at RB or Dan at QB? Tough question. Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Gives "OJ slices through the defense" a whole new outlook. Link to comment
DJR313
Marino sold isotoner gloves. OJ bloodied isotoner gloves. Should be a close one. Link to comment
knapplc
But if the glove doesn't fit... does that mean OJ doesn't get your vote? Link to comment
AR Husker Fan
Have to go with OJ on this one. Marino was a damn fine quarterback - but in some ways he came into his own in the pros more than college. OJ was THE man when he was with USC. Link to comment
knapplc
That's why OJ is going to move on here. Think what we will about the guy post football, he was one hell of a RB at USC. Link to comment
Huskerballz
It's kinda hard to compare two different positions, is there a reason why we're doing that? Link to comment
knapplc
I'm running it like an NCAA-Style bracket. There were nominations, the nominations were seeded, and now we're going through the second round. Since the point of the battle is to figure out who the best college player ever is, and since you can't limit that to one position, there will necessarily be battles of RB vs. QB, or OL vs. LB, or whatever. It is difficult to judge between positions, but that's the nature of the beast. Link to comment
ohiohusker
But if the glove doesn't fit... does that mean OJ doesn't get your vote? Do you think OJ is innocent, knapplc? Just wondering........ Link to comment

Just wondering........ Why, of course I think OJ is innocent! He's been on the hunt for the real killers this whole time! ! ! Everybody knows that! Seriously - what would make you even ask that question? Link to comment
DJR313
I voted for OJ. I agree with AR, Marino really realized his potential as a pro, OJ was a man amongst boys in college and continued that through his pro career. Link to comment
