He was out for spring, I remember, but it wasn't supposed to hold him out much longer than that. I guess my bigger question is, how will he manage to keep up with a new system when all he has is fall camp to really immerse himself in it? Could this affect his starting position? Same with the other guys who had to sit spring out for one reason or another. Quote Link to comment
bbhusker Posted July 10, 2008 Share Posted July 10, 2008 Im sure all the players got plenty of info to study during the summer and any players that were hurt during the spring will get help from the other players to try and learn as much as they can as a team. I hope the players are realizing that putting the best players on the field as a team is the best thing that can happen and are willing to compete for a starting spot.
