huskered17
Just get the ball in his hands a few times, and hes going to open some eyes. If Mendoza has some space when he does get it, look out. He has the moves and the speed, don't know about him catching passes as a wide receiver. At least the coaches are willing to give him a shot at some more playing time. To bad we are so thin at the receiver position, I think Mendoza is one heck of a running back. I think next year he will be getting a lot of carries with the other backs, or the other backs will be getting a lot less carries next year. A lot of our fans think we are thin at running back next year, we are locked and loaded for next year.IMHO Q/B is what I wonder about for next year, but thats next year. I'm just going to enjoy watching this team grow the rest of this season. Go Big Red beat OU.................. GBR!!! Quote Link to comment

Igetbored216
I'm happy to see the coaching staff trying to get potential playmakers on the field. Good call! I am excited to see how they use Mendoza. Is it Saturday night yet? Quote Link to comment
