bhamHusker Posted January 3, 2009 Share Posted January 3, 2009 Reminds me of that kid, Tyrone Prothro, at Alabama a few years ago that snapped both bones in his lower leg when landing after going up for a catch. He never recovered, and his football career was cut short probably about 10 years too early. Fortunately, he was given a medical hardship scholarship and graduated this past fall. Coincidentally, that game was against Southern Mississippi. Hopefully this kid's recovery goes better. edit - heh, should have read further into the thread.
