I like how high quality the whole thing is-- the detail, composition, etc. But one small thing that would just bug me is the backwards "10" on his shoulder.. Maybe blur/darken that out? I think you could have leave is the same way and not reverse it, and maybe just lower its opticity a little? or Better yet just put a different picture of him in the background.
