Mizzoutailgate
Hey Husker Fans! Just wanted to let those of you making the trip to Columbia, MO (I'm a Mizzou student...) for the Thursday night game know that there is a new option for your "tailgating" needs! This years game coincides with "Roctoberfest" (http://columbiaroctoberfest.com/) an annual charity event benefiting The March of Dimes. The event begins Friday, but has a ample room and RV/Camping accomodations for your Thursday pre-game tailgate needs. For those that make the trip, but not the game, it will be broadcast on site via large movie screen. Bonfires are allowed and following the game the event will "kick-off" with live music until 1am! Please see the website linked above for further details of the event. The Expo grounds are ~7 miles from the Stadium. Also, there is a ton of construction underway in downtown Columbia and around campus which could make your tailgate experience closer to the stadium more frustrating... $25/person for the entire weekend to camp/hook-up RV and attend all of the Roctoberfest Activities! Win or lose, stick around Columbia for the weekend and have a great time! Quote Link to comment

hack
Will there be urine bombs and car scratching? that's boulder and there's no need to be jerk to a mizzou fan offering an invite to a paid tailgate. Quote Link to comment
knapplc
there's no need to be jerk to a mizzou fan offering an invite to a paid tailgate. I was thinking the same thing. Quote Link to comment
