HuskerfaninOkieland
Whelp...his redshirt is gone. Not big surprise. But holy sh#t balls Batman...that kid is fast!!! When he turned that corner on his long run, he was blazin down the sideline. I think if he would have continued down the sideline and not cut back in, he would have had 6pts. Quote Link to comment
The Maudfather
Word. I am really excited to see him play in the future. How was the watch party, Okieland? Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
Didn't make it to the watch party. Wife was fighting a sinus headache all day so we stayed home and paid for the PPV. Quote Link to comment

papersun87
On-topic: Yeah, I think we're going to be okay if Lee goes down. Off-topic: I forgot how excrutiating it is to watch sports in standard definition. Quote Link to comment
KansasHusker
He looks like he can be the next Vince Young, but a more accurate thrower. He seems to really pin point the ball where he wants it to go. I'm very happy we didn't redshirt him. He is too good of a player to redshirt. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw him play in every game this season. Quote Link to comment
Husker_x
And it was a good decision. Even though Lee more than showed he's capable for this job, Green got a full quarter and some nice scenarios to get himself ready in case the worst should happen. He looked good tonight. Granted he's not under pressure, but he made some plays, and that's the reason he's here. Quote Link to comment
EbylHusker
Green definitely showed promise. I look forward to seeing how he progresses over the next few years. Quote Link to comment

Cody put some fire behind that ball on his 1st throw Quote Link to comment
J_2_THA_BONE
Shown that he has great speed against a fast team full of Florida guys on it Also shown his arm strength when throwing a bullet to I think it was Kyler Reed... Quote Link to comment
illnino
I was also impressed with the way Green played tonight and happy he played some meaningful minutes. Future looks bright Quote Link to comment

KansasHusker
Don't tell me to settle down, the guy has tons of potential. I'm excited about what he brings to the table. Get over it. Quote Link to comment
