skersOVRsc
Its so nice to see Rex getting more touches, he's a great change up. This kid does such a fantastic job getting tough yards, and he holds onto the f'ing ball in traffic! *cough Q cough* I cant wait till he gets more of the playbook under his belt. God winning feels good. Quote Link to comment

husker rob
not so Special Teams almost cost NU the win. if the D had not risen to the challenge could have been very ugly Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Seriously what drills do they do to prepare for fielding punts in the rain? Any input? Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Rex was very head's up on ST, I thought. A ball slipped through, but under these conditions...plus, he fell right on top of it. And on May's fumble he was agitated and trying to get the Husker blockers out of the way...just needed to be more assertive. But we had another close call with Prince of the same kind later in the game. ST play was inexcusable. Just really, really poor. Unbelievable. I'm amazed and glad we survived in spite of it. Rain or shine our punt unit can never play like that again. If you can't field the damn thing, don't fair catch, don't try to field, just get out of the way. They were a liability, the worse word you can use to describe special teams. On the upside, Rex did well at RB. Very impressive. Quote Link to comment
