**Official Baylor Game Disscussion Thread**

Recommended Posts

Well, it's obvious that a new OC will have to be hired at the end of the season. This is ridiculous. Defenses don't have to think or adjust much at all to stop these plays.

Unfourtanately, Lee was not the source of all the offensive problems. Green is not ready to play a complete game. He needs to be situtional. Our offense is pathetic, but Green is not the answer.

I think it was important for Green to get the start. Yes he has growing pains but that's part of being a freshman.

13 offensive points against BAYLOR. Didn't move the ball at all in the 2nd half. At least last week we moved the ball up and down the field. We got outgained by Baylor, or really close. Green is not ready. He was not a threat to throw the ball today and won't be next week against OU.

its watsons fault, its not watson fault, its lees fault, its not lees fault...whatever. something is not right with the whole offensive program. THEY SUCK. heads will have to roll, something has to change. i have complete faith that Bo will get it straightened out now that he has the 'O' in his sights. Its going to to take a year or three, but he's built something special on D out of the wreckage, so we'll be okay.

I totally agree...we really sucked in the second half (we had 2 or 3 first downs the entire half ??), and Green is not the answer. He's got great feet, but his passing accuracy and arm are very suspect. Lee has the tools, but does not possess a quarterbacks mentality (I am a Buffalo Bills fan...think Rob Johnson or JP Losman). As long as our offensive line has no improvement, neither of these QB's are going to light anyone up

On the defensive side of the ball, Suh is world class (can anyone imagine what a loss it will be next season without Suh ??), and the rest of the defensive line is good....but the problems start when opposing QB's get time to throw the ball, out DB's cannot cover for sh#t (how many 3rd and long's did Baylor convert for first downs ??). It must be frustrating for the line to do all the work, and the DB's are mediocre, as well as most of the offense.
