germanforbigred
From Peter Kings MMQB The Award Section ... Coach of the Week Bill Callahan, offensive line coach, New York Jets. It's no wonder other coaches study what the Jets do in the running game. "I really like what Bill Callahan does,'' says New Orleans running game/offensive line coach Aaron Kromer, and Thursday night showed why. The Jets ran inside the Bills and outside the Bills, 43 times for 249 yards, dominating the line of scrimmage in a 19-13 win. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2009/writ.../06/mmqb/3.html Power running isn't that what we want!! Igetbored216
I would take Callahan as our offensive line coach in a second. Quote Link to comment
knapplc
I would take Callahan as our offensive line coach in a second. Exactly. He was horribly miscast as our HC, but he'd be a wizard as an O Line coach. Quote Link to comment

You'd think with his o-line knowledge that he would have ran an offense that ran the ball a lot more. Quote Link to comment
CENTEXHUSKER
Think his house is still for sale, maybe he moves back in? No one likes to pay those hefty real estate fees anyways..... Quote Link to comment

He wouldn't come back unless he was going to be HC which hopefully we won't need a new one for a while. It wouldn't make sense for him to jump down to the same position he holds in the NFL.
